ASP 23 – James Walton – Sport, Sponsorship and Business

28 Oct ASP 23 – James Walton – Sport, Sponsorship and Business

In Episode 23, James Walton from Deloitte Singapore shares his unique perspective and experiences with sponsorship….from a corporate perspective and also from someone who is a passionate and active sports person, with multiple marathons, fundraising runs and even football accomplishments under his belt.

On a personal and professional level I have so much admiration for James because he does some amazing things but is so humble, and really wants to take everyone on the journey because he is someone who lives by his values and wants to do good in the world.

At the helm of his department in Singapore, James was tasked with the role of growing Deloitte’s footprint in Singapore, and he did so through sport and community investments and opportunities. He believed that by keeping it real, but sharing experiences in an authentic and meaningful way, that he could lead Deloitte to a higher position in the region, while creating positive change along the way.

Find out how he did this and more in this exceptional episode of the podcast…get ready to open your mind and think from a corporate executives viewpoint.
